This past weekend I had a little girl's night with my pal Le'Andra. I spent the night at her dorm and we stayed up entirely too late watching Moonrise Kingdom, eating Jolly Ranchers, giggling about Miranda Sings videos, and sneaking out around midnight to take selfies with the George Mason statue. We'd been meaning to take photos of each other for a while now, so we decided to get dolled up and get snaphappy in the morning.
It was really fun to take turns in front of and behind the camera, and Le kept me feeling super comfortable and made me laugh the entire time she took my photos. It was a great way to celebrate my finally being on campus, and for Le to celebrate graduating in a couple months!
Just sitting on a wall, you know, as you do.
No matter how hard I try, I don't think posing for photos will ever come natural to me!
Le'Andra on the other hand... what a stunner! Seriously, how gorgeous is this girl?!
Rule #1 of modeling is to always peer into the distance. Duh.
After wearing ourselves out taking photos, we decided to get lunch and goof off in the science building where they have none other than... PERIODIC TABLES. I actually snort laughed when I saw these on my first day of class. So clever.
Have you ever done a "photoshoot" with a friend?
What's your #1 modeling tip? Be sarcastic, I love it.
