Portobello Mushroom Pizzas (Low Carb + Dairy Free!)

Recently I've been trying to up my veggie intake, and get a little more creative with my day-to-day meals. Of course, eating more veg doesn't exactly stave off the pizza cravings, so I decided to cut corners and combine the two. The result is a slightly healthier, lower carb, guilt free pizza!

To make these, all you need are:
-Portobello Mushroom Caps
-Pizza Sauce
-Cheese (I used almond mozz from Trader Joe's)
-Whatever toppings you desire!

To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Slice your mushrooms in half like a bagel and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
Roast your mushrooms on a cookie sheet until tender (about 5-8 minutes)
Take out of the oven and coat with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings.
Return to the oven and allow the cheese to melt.
Allow to cool a bit before eating and enjoy!
